Site-Specific Project with Sustainable Features

Newins Bay Shore has contracted my firm to design and prepare site and building construction drawing sets and presentation drawings for a new car showroom that will be hold historic, modern, and concept cars located at 2 Garner Land, Bay Shore, NY. As the world of automobiles is changing, Lincoln is transitioning to sustainable energy with electric cars and the goal of a futuristic design yet a new building that will be site specific and have contact to its surroundings. With this transition, Lincoln requires a green roof to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and provide urban amenities. Lincoln requires that design to include a cafe to serve as a center of social interactions and a space to display their cars to the public.
